York-Porter & Bel/Conn Pipeline Becomes Grande Oilfield
‘Grande Oilfield’ Reflective of Deep Expertise and Customer Dedication

PEARSALL, TEXAS — York-Porter & Bel/Conn Pipeline, LLC, a general oilfield contractor, announces its corporate name change to Grande Oilfield, LLC. The new name reflects the magnitude of the company’s service capabilities and its expertise in delivering on clients’ business needs in any market condition. Its company headquarters will remain in Pearsall.

York-Porter & Bel/Conn Pipeline was founded in 2014 and successfully maintained its growth strategy despite a down market. “Our customers have continued turning to us because we respond to tough market conditions with same-caliber service and flexibility,” Ken York, Grande Oilfield President.

The new name Grande Oilfield, effective immediately, will roll out to the company’s service regions, from Texas to New Mexico to Oklahoma, throughout 2017. Customers, vendors and partners will find no change in the high quality of services, crews or equipment they’ve come to expect from the company.

About the Leadership
Ken York, President, has nearly 20 years experience in the engineering and construction service industries in diverse roles with Chesapeake Midstream, Devon Energy, Willbros Group, and Ledcor. Martin Kroesche joined Grande Oilfield in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, and Loretta L. Higgins, CPA, joined as Controller.

Grande Oilfield Acquires 35-Acre Headquarters Site
Site Formerly Occupied & Operated by GIS Oilfield Contractors

PEARSALL, TEXAS — Grande Oilfield, LLC, has acquired a 35-acre site in Pearsall to serve as its headquarters. Located at 3300 Business Interstate 35 E, the land was formerly occupied by GIS Oilfield Contractors.

Grande Oilfield acquired the site and its facilities as part of a larger growth strategy that emphasizes responsiveness to clients’ unique needs in any market condition.

“By moving into a larger site in Frio County, we’re on track to enhance our service to our core markets in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico,” said Ken York, President of Grande Oilfield.
